1. What is the Digital PwD Bus Pass?
The Digital PwD Bus Pass is an electronic version of the bus pass downloaded in their mobile phones issued under the DIVYANGA SHAKTHI Scheme, an initiative of GoAP which enables eligible Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) to avoid to reach physically to counters and avail free or concessional travel in 5 types of buses i.e, City Ordinary, Pallevelugu, Ultra Pallevelugu, Metro Express and Express.

2. What are the details available in Digital PwD Bus Pass?
Digital Bus Pass contains PwD SADAREM ID, disability type, disability percentage and eligibility of buses to travel free, and a QR Code for verification along with photo.

3. How can PwD apply for a Digital PwD Bus Pass?
PwDs can apply through the following modes:
1. APSRTC Official Mobile App – can be downloaded from Google Play Store
or App Store.
2. WhatsApp Governance Service – “Mana Mithra” – 9552300009
(WhatsApp Number)

4. What details are required to apply for a Digital Pass?
SADAREM ID is needed to apply for Digital Bus pass.
The system will automatically fetch:
1. Personal details
2. Disability type and percentage
through the SADAREM API automatically. PwD can upload their photo and
generate the digital pass with QR code on his mobile.

5. Is manual data entry required?
No. The details will be auto-populated from the SADAREM database. Only need to verify the information before proceeding.

6. Is there any payment required?
Yes. After verifying details and uploading/Capturing the present Photograph, it will be redirected to a payment gateway to pay the applicable fee of Rs.100/- for bus pass issuance.

7. How to get refund if money deducted and pass not generated?
Send mail to online.support@apsrtconline.in. APSRTC will auto refund the money to the same account from which booking was happened.

8. How will PwD receive the Digital Bus Pass?
After successful payment:
1. The Digital Bus Pass will be generated instantly in the mobile app.
2. It will include a QR Code.

9. What is the validity of the Digital Bus Pass?
The validity will be:
1. As per the SADAREM Certificate, OR
2. As per the Bus Pass validity, whichever is earlier

10. Can PwD travel without a physical pass if I have a digital pass?
Yes, PwD can travel using the digital pass. However, you must carry the original SADAREM Certificate for verification in the bus.

11. How is the Digital Bus Pass verified by the conductor?
1. The crew will verify the SADAREM ID on the digital bus pass with the
original SADAREM certificate carried by the PwD.

12. What type of tickets will be issued for Digital Pass holders?
Based on eligibility:
Zero Fare Ticket (Free Travel) in all Stree Shakti services ie., City Ordinary, Pallevelugu, Ultra Pallevelugu, Metro Express and Express.
1. 50% Concession Tickets in Non-Stop and Inter-state (upto Ultra Deluxe), Sapthagiri Express and ultra deluxe buses based on the disability percentage of PwD.

13. For which disability type escort facility is provided?
Escort facility is provided for :
1. For Blind with 100% disability.
2. Intellectual Disability( Mental disability) (IQ< 69) of PwD categorie
Note : Escort will be allowed when travelling along with above mentioned PwD only.

14. Can PwD book tickets online using the Digital Pass?
Yes:
1. For Ultra Deluxe buses, 50% concession booking is allowed online for
eligible PwDs.
2. For other buses, PwDs can directly board and travel as per eligibility.

15. What happens if the SADAREM API is not working?
In such cases:
1. At counters, verification will be done manually using the physical SADAREM
certificate and issue the PwD Bus Pass as per eligibility.
2. However, for digital applications, retry after some time.

16. What happens if the “SADAREM ID is not seeded with Aadhaar” Error
displayed in the Digital App
In such cases:
1. PwD has to visit the nearest bus pass counters along with the the physical
SADAREM certificate to get the Bus Pass.

17. Can PwD get both Physical and Digital PwD Bus passes?
No, at a time only one type of pass can be availed.
1. If Physical pass is available, digital pass cannot be availed.
2. If the physical pass is lost, he has to come to any nearest bus pass counter
and take PwD pass.

18. Will the Digital Pass have category details?
Yes. The pass will include:
1. Disability category
2. Disability percentage
3. Eligibility (Free / Concession)
4. Escort eligibility
5. QR Code for authentication

19. Can existing PwD pass holders continue using old passes?
Yes. Existing passes are valid till their expiry date.

20. Is it mandatory to take a new digital pass?
No, Existing physical bus passes are valid. No need to take digital pass.

21. What should PwD do if there is a mismatch in details?
PwD should:
1. Contact the nearest Bus Pass Counter for getting the PwD pass.

22. What are the benefits of the Digital Bus Pass?
1. No need to carry physical pass always.
2. Quick and transparent process.
3. Secure QR-based validation.
4. Accessible via mobile anytime.
